Is Buddy in a Box Anonymous?

This is totally up to you!

If you would like them to know who it is from, write a personalised note with your name when you order and it will be sent with your Buddy!

If you are a secret admirer 🤩 leave a secret message and we'll do the rest!

I Need To Change Or Cancel My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know within 24hrs of placing your order. We usually aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48hrs. If your order has been sent prior to your request of a change or cancellation, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. 😔 We apologise for the inconvenience.

I Want To Send More Then One Buddy?

Different Addresses

If you are wanting to send a buddy to two different addresses, you will need to place two separate orders. This will ensure each buddy will arrive at their new home.

Same Address

If you are wanting to send multiple buddies to the same address, placing just the one order means your buddies will be packed and arrive together.

We recommend that you write the name of each person on their personalised card. This is to ensure that each box can be labelled with the correct names, making it easy to gift to the correct recipient when your buddies arrive!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship to New Zealand and the United Kingdom at this point in time. We are hoping to expand to the rest of the world in the near future!

What Do I Do If I Never Received My Order?

If your order has been marked as delivered by the courier and you have not received it, your item may be lost or stolen. Please contact info@buddyinabox.com.au so we can let the courier know. Unfortunately, these things happen. We can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages as this is out of our control.

Can I Choose Where The Donation Goes?

Unfortunatley no :(

The total donation amount will be split each month and sent to each non-profit organisation! We will be looking to expand on how we donate in the future.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I Exchange My Buddy?

Yes! We can arrange an exchange if you are not happy with the buddy you chose. Although, exchanges are only excepted if the request for the exchange is within 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We would also like to add that additional shipping expenses will not be covered by Buddy in a Box.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your Delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For more information, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy

My Goods Arrived Damaged?

We advise all customers to inspect their goods and report any problems within 48 Hours of receiving them. Please contact our service team via buddyinaboxau@gmail.com

How To Return My Damaged Goods?

- Don't attempt to return your item before contacting our support team. This ensures the return process be as quick and smooth as possible.

- Attach all relevant images/videos to communicate the issue involving your item, as well as a proof of receipt.

- Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with options to resolve the issue.

- Goods should be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within a reasonable timeframe.
