If you would like them to know who it is from, write a personalised note with your name when you order and it will be sent with your Buddy!

I Need To Change Or Cancel My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know within 24hrs of placing your order. We usually aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48hrs.

If your order has been sent prior to your request of a change or cancellation, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. 😞

I Want To Send More Then One Buddy?

Different Addresses

If you are wanting to send a buddy to two different addresses, you will need to place two separate orders. This will ensure each buddy will arrive at their new home.

Same Address

If you are wanting to send multiple buddies to the same address, placing just the one order means your buddies will be packed and arrive together.

We recommend that you write the name of each person on their personalized card. This is to ensure that each buddy can be labelled with the correct names, making it easy to gift to the correct recipient when your buddies arrive!

Can I Exchange My Buddy?

Yes! We can arrange an exchange if you are not happy with the buddy you chose. Although, exchanges are only excepted if the request for the exchange is within 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We would also like to add that additional shipping expenses will not be covered by Buddy in a Box.
